What affects the price?
The same stone costs two different prices on two different projects. Here are the six factors that decide where you land in the range:
Base stone
Rockface's texture is produced from several different natural stones, and they don't all come out at the same price. Stone type, color and how hard it is to cut all shift the unit cost.
Total m²
Unit cost drops as the area grows: shipping, scaffolding and crew setup get spread across more square meters. A 300 m² facade comes out cheaper per unit than a 30 m² wall.
Surface prep
A clean bare-concrete surface isn't the same job as a plastered or painted one. Where needed, the surface is scraped, meshed and made ready for cladding.
Scaffolding and height
A low, single-story surface is handled with a ladder; a two-story villa facade calls for scaffolding. Height adds both safety cost and labor time.
Transport and logistics
Stone is heavy. Can a truck reach the site, or does the material have to be carried by hand? Logistics differ even between neighborhoods a few kilometers apart.
Labor detail
Corner returns, jamb and sill detailing, and the grout style all have a direct effect on labor time.

How much does natural stone cladding cost per m²?
Price is set by the stone type, total square meters, the surface's condition, scaffolding needs and access. A figure given without seeing these five variables is misleading, which is why we don't publish a price list. We take the on-site measurement and give you a written, itemized price afterward.
What's included in the price?
A material-supply quote itemizes the stone, palleting and shipping. A turnkey quote covers the stone, adhesive system, grouting and labor — in other words, the price of the finished surface. Any scaffolding need and special surface prep are clarified at the site visit and itemized in the quote.
How does the on-site measurement work?
We come to your address in and around Bodrum and measure the surface on-site. Afterward, we give you a clear, itemized quote per m²; no surprise costs come up later.
How long until I get a price?
For material supply, send us your measurement and delivery city and we'll send a written price. For turnkey, we take an on-site measurement first; after that, you get a clear, itemized, written price. The price given after the measurement doesn't change.
