Real stone, without the weight of a solid wall
The natural cladding stone we use is 2-3 cm thick and applied straight to the surface with a chemical adhesive. It gives you the look of a solid stone wall while adding far less weight to the building. Installation is clean and quick: no excavation, no concrete pours, no heavy site work.

Stone type
Rockface can be produced from different natural stones; the stone type, color and cutting difficulty change the unit cost.
Total square meters
The unit cost drops on larger surfaces; a small surface and a wide facade aren't priced the same way.
The surface's current condition
Installing over sound plaster and preparing a crumbling, loose surface are separate jobs.
Scaffolding and access
A two-story facade doesn't need the same labor as a ground-floor surface.
Access to the site
How easily the site can be reached affects transport costs and installation time.

Ask a QuestionWhat's the price per m² for exterior stone cladding?
The price depends on the stone type, total square meters, the current state of the surface, scaffolding needs and access. A figure given without seeing these variables would be misleading, which is why we don't publish a price list. We take the measurement on site and give you a written exact price afterward. No obligation.
Does stone cladding add weight to the building?
No. 2-3 cm slabs add barely a tenth of the load of a solid stone wall. They're applied directly to the facade with a chemical adhesive; no extra structure is needed.
How long does installation take?
An average villa facade (150-250 m²) takes 2-4 weeks depending on weather conditions. We give you an exact schedule at the site survey and stick to it.
Does sea air or frost damage the stone?
No, not with the right stone. The natural stones we use are chosen for resistance to UV, frost and salt air; our installations around Bodrum still show the same texture years later. Unlike paint, stone doesn't fade over time.
Can it be applied over an existing painted or plastered facade?
Yes. We handle the surface prep ourselves (scraping, priming, mesh plaster if needed); the stone goes on a sound base. We assess your facade's current state at the site survey and include the prep work in the quote.
Can we just buy the stone and have our own crew install it?
Yes. Material supply is a separate service of ours: we prepare the stone to your measurements and ship it anywhere in Türkiye. Send us your measurements and delivery city and we'll send a written price. The work on this page, though, is turnkey — if you'd rather leave the installation to us too, we'll come out for an on-site measurement.
